As part of working with the people of Dartford, I now plan to send out regular blog posts to help and support the local community. This means that not only will I be continuing to post my regular insight into the UK property news, but I will also be doing my best to help promote Dartford, it’s people, their businesses and the community as a whole too.

Time for A Change
The time for a change for all of us is now, so I am delighted to announce I am no longer part of Keller Williams and I am now going solo and running as Garylintorn.com Estate Agents.
Although I have wonderful memories and met some great people, I am grateful to Keller Williams for what they have done for me, but it is now the time for me to push on and do what I do best, serve the community of Dartford and be your property expert!
Many years ago, when you purchased a plane ticket you had the choice of economy or first class. Only the elite could pay for that extra special attention and book that first-class seat as it was too expensive.
Times are changing and so is estate agency and you need to be aware you can have that first-class service without paying the first-class price when selling or renting your property.
When you sell or rent your property through me, you work directly with me, the business owner throughout your property journey from day 1 until the day you hand those keys over.
So, with that said, I aim to deliver not just a truly amazing service as your go-to property expert, but to deliver great content that will enable you to make better decisions when improving your property, preparing it for the market or when the time comes to sell or rent your prized asset.
As well as informing you on tips on your property, I also want to help promote the community of Dartford, it’s businesses, people and surrounding villages.
I can’t wait to see what the future brings and I am bursting with excitement to be offering you the know-how and my expertise so you can make better decisions when looking after your own home.
