Why I love being an estate agent in Dartford...
With Dartford being only 16 miles from London, it has fast become a bustling commuters town with excellent transport links to and from the capital and regular trains leaving daily, but Dartford is more than just a commuters town, Dartford boasts beautiful countrysides and outdoor spaces too. Not just that but Dartford also has excellent schools, properties, health care, opportunities and so much more.
Dartford offers superb value for your money
Dartford is great value when you know where to look. Sure, we have areas of Dartford that offer our equivalent to Hollywood, or as I like to call them “Hollywood on Thames” but in Dartford, the cost of living is superb when you consider our geographical location and what the town and surrounding areas have to offer.
Dartford has a very active property market and is continually one of the fastest places to buy and sell a house in the whole of Britain. The high liquidity of real estate in Dartford is caused by the many people wanting to live in London but simply can’t afford it and instead, choose Dartford ahead of similar commuter towns and villages.
This makes my job as an estate agent in Dartford easy! Not because I can sit around all day and wait for sellers and buyers, absolutely not, but because the market is active and there is a demand for properties in Dartford and the neighbouring area.
So, why do I love being an estate agent in Dartford?
It’s simple really. I love being an estate agent and I love and understand Dartford.
As you will hopefully see on my many blogs and social media posts, I promote Dartford, its people and its businesses. Not as a job but because I can’t help myself. Dartford is in my heart and I wake up each morning wanting to do my bit to promote the area and work with the community here.
My bread and butter is in offering superb services in selling and letting properties, but that doesn’t mean I have to stop there.
